Get deadspace, you want be disappointed.
I mean the PS3 has finally have great games this year. GTA 4, MGS 4, LBP, Bioshock ( which is a better version than the xbox 360), Resistance 2, Whipout HD, Burout Paradise, Rock Band 2, Dead Space, and Fallout 3. All those games have an average ranking (according to game rankings.com) of 87% or higher, with six of this games over 90%. This is a great year for Sony games and the year is not over yet. As much as people hate on EA, they seem to be the only 3rd party developer who can get the games right on the PS3, burnout paradise, Deadspace, Madden 2009, etc. runs just as good or better on the PS3. So, all the EA haters, need to recognize that at least there developers are able to make there games work good on all systems. Maybe other developers need to take note. People need to stop looking at Sony and look at the developers instead.

I had the 360 and the PS3 last year and now only the PS3 and yet I feel more overwhelm this year with games than last year. This is crazy, I am still playing Burnout Paradise with all its DLC goodness, GTA4 again(for trophies), Uncharted(ditto), I playing MGS4 ( unlike some games I can take all my goodies from the first play to the next highest level), Deadspace on hard, Fallout 3 (10 hours in 90 hours to go), LBP (just got it yesturday), and now just around the corner Restistance 2 420 hour...
Burnout Paradise is the best arcade racer ever, now all they have to do as add crash mode back. And it will be perfect. This game is like the enegizer bunny it just keeps going and going. I pick this game up last month from Gamefly for $20.00. Probably the best $20.00 I ever spent.
I deleted mine. Oh well, I have Fallout 3, LBP, and Dead Space to keep me busy.
They should have a half stars so they can give a more relistic score. When you have a good game like fallout 3, you can't give it a 4 star cause it is better than that so they have to go 5 star. They are not saying it is perfect game they are saying it is a 5 star game base on their scoring system. Just like a resturant, a five star means you getting a top notch game , that you need to buy for your system. A five star game stands above the rest of the crowd. And fallout 3 definitly stands out...
I hope they change the level system and use the one similar to Fallout 3, than I be happy. Also, give PS3 owners the same exact DLC content.
Now will see what all the hype is about, but even if the game is good, I'll will have to wait until next year to pick it up to many other good games coming out that I have to have.
Then you could play it tommorrow instead of waiting. With a silver account you want be able to play the demo until the game is out.
COD: World at War will have trophies and rumble this time around and COD 4 did not. So it will definitly be a better game on the PS3. And co-op will be big for the franchise, hopefully IW do it for the next COD. Plus, NAZI zombies FTW.
The Price of the xbox is cheaper only if you get an arcade version. If you get a premuim and want xbox live, in two years you paid the same price as a PS3. The PS3 has 80gb vs 60gb, a blue ray drive, free online, and a more reliable system. So unless you only purchase an arcade version of the Xbox 360, you are not getting a better deal than the PS3.
MGS4 is a PS3 exclusive, if you want to play you going to have to buy a PS3. We gave you MGS2 for the Xbox so be happy.
It not the tropies it is the priniciple, if your going to do something for one system you can do for all. Just like COD 4, they made rumble for Xbox 360 and not for PS3 owners, even after people ask. I think people get up set when the same game is lacking features that another console has.
If you want all the AAA games for this year and you can only get one console( outside of GOW2),you have to get a PS3. If you want GTA4, Metal Gear Solid 4, Little Big Planet, Rockband 2, Fallout3, and Resistance 2 you can only have all of these games on PS3. The only exclusive triple A title for xbox 360 will be Gear of War 2. Fable 2 will sale good, but it will not be the best RPG that will go to Fallout 3. And Left 4 Dead may be a surprise hit, maybe. But the PS3 will have the best line up...

The only reason this is announce early is to get you to buy for that system. It would be better to announce later after the game is out for awhile, that way it would be more exciting for the consumer.
Now, that is straight being a fan boy. Pwnage is right who cares about tombraider anymore. We have unchareted which is a way better action adventure game than tombraider. Who cares if Tombraider gets DLC. That like getting exclusive DLC to Legendary. LOL
